This shortcut allows you to enter the same data at multiple locations at the same time.
This can be a great time-saver whenever you are either entering data or making corrections.
- Hold down the Control key while selecting the cells to be populated with the same data.

- With all the cells selected, start entering the data into any of the selected cells.

- While typing it looks like it’s only going to one location but press CTRL+Enter when done, instead of just Enter and all the selected cells will be populated with the same information.

You can select non-contiguous cells, type an entry, and then press CTRL+Enter. Whatever you’ve typed goes into all those cells. It works with Text, Values and Formulas.
